Day 4

I know I sound like a broken record, but we had another great day at the beach!

Abby spent most of her day playing in the sand (see above pic - she even mastered building sandcastles while on her head), while Nate split his time between the ocean & the sand. He built some ginormous sandcastle cities with Uncle Mike, complete with a moat & everything! We flew kites with Poppy, had water-blaster contests, jumped the waves, and turned more & more into beach bums by the minute. Anderson loved his blow-up baby pool, and we enjoyed a picnic lunch on the beach before the rain started.

After a lazy afternoon at the house, we went out to dinner at a new place, the Dead Dog Saloon, and chased down the ice cream truck before bed. Another great day!
