We had Round #1 of trick-or-treating last night!
On campus, all the sororities host a "Sorority Row" event that is free to the public. All the girls dress up and hand out candy. We've been for the past 2 years and it's a lot of fun, b/c we get to meet up with friends that don't live in our neighborhood (and therefore that we don't normally trick-or-treat with).

 |
| Sweet princess friends, Mia & Sadie |

| And the tough ninja, Anthony |

| Oh how my girl loves to trick-or-treat! |
Because this is a free event, we are used to it being crowded. But this year, it was taken to a whole different level and I am not sure we will go back. I am just not big on 14 year olds (that are NOT dressed up!) pushing my kids out of the way to get some free candy. Don't like it one bit.
The kids had fun though and loved when they got to play games like this one:
("throw the beanbag into the pumpkin's face!")

We saw a school buddy, Mason, just as we were headed out. Yet another scary ninja!

Of course, we have many more Halloween activities from today & tomorrow to post about. Stay tuned!
Abby's butterfly costume is beautiful and I think there should be a law a limit for trick or treating especially without a costume.
