Happy 35th birthday to Greg today!!! The kids wanted to be the first ones to tell him happy birthday this morning, and snuck up the stairs.....
Who wouldn't want to be woken up by these two cuties!?
Greg's parents were visiting this weekend, so we went out for a special birthday brunch at Another Broken Egg Cafe. This is a relatively new place in town, and (T-Town folks), if you haven't been yet, GO!!! It was hands-down one of the best breakfasts e.v.e.r. We got a plate of the biscuit beignets to share, as well as one monster cinnamon roll. Heaven!
| Don't mind the little old lady here; she was cold & had to borrow Mum Mum's sweater. |
Nate just had to bring along his "noodle yo-yo's" he scored from the dentist yesterday. Of course, they aren't meant to be earrings, but Nate has a very special fashion sense :)
No one can deny this little blondie is a Southern Belle. Her favorite food: GRITS! We got a bowl to share with the whole table and she kept telling us to back off!
Since it was a rainy day, we spent most of Greg's bday inside watching bball games, and then topped off the night with a homemade dinner of chicken parm and frozen peanut butter pie. This Daddy loves his kiddos!
Happy birthday, sweetie! We love you and are thankful for all you do for us!!!
Thanks so much for the birthday post! It was great to spend some time with my family. I love how our kids enjoy other people's birthdays almost as much as their own. I'm having some frozen peanut butter pie 2nite!
